Royal-sviitit on koristeltu 1400-1500 -luvuilta peräisin olevin freskoin ja kattomaalauksin. Useimmissa kylpyhuoneissa on poreamme. Hotellin 2-kerroksissa sviiteissä on 2 kylpyhuonetta, 1 kummassakin kerroksessa. Osa sviiteistä sijaitsee ullakkokerroksessa, josta romantikot voivat ihailla näkymää yli tämän satojen tornien kaupungin kattojen. Royal-sviitit ovat kooltaan keskimäärin 65m².
